Ellen will present on her experience of health policy implementation from the field with a particular focus on financial incentives for universal health coverage.
Bio: Ellen is a senior health economist at the World Bank leading the Global Financing Facility (GFF) health financing workstream and supporting GFF partner countries in improving the efficiency of their health spending. Prior to joining the World Bank, she was an Associate Professor at Erasmus School of Health Policy & Management, Erasmus University of Rotterdam.
